For agents:
- HTML block pages are crawlable at /infoblock/b/<source_id>/
- JSON context packets are at /infoblock/context/<source_id>/free.json
- Exact blocks include content. Neighbor blocks are cards/links only.
- Trust, status, temperature, and provenance envelope matter.
- This is non-authoritative and free-tier static. Deep assembly is self-mined.
